First Blog Post!

Welcome to our very first blog post!

After a while of wanting to do this, we’ve finally started a blog together! As readers of our blog, we want you to get to know the ‘we’ behind the keyboards. So let’s start with our names. We are Erin and Georgie and we are 18 and 19 year olds from Northumberland.

Why start a blog together you might ask? Well after 7 years of being in the same school, we found that we had much more in common than we thought. As well as both loving a bit of Conor Maynard back in the day, we both found that fashion is a great interest to us and we wanted to combine this to create something that we could work on together.

Boring details about our life over! Now let's get into what you’re really here for, the content. Fashion will be the main focus however we definitely want to incorporate a few other topics into our blog. We love all things beauty, lifestyle and travel.

Until Wednesday. Why that name? Coming up with a name for our blog was a challenging task and after hours of trying to put together something that summed up what the blog is all about as well as who we are, we decided that it shouldn’t be so complicated. It was simple, when would you be able to find us? Every Wednesday. That mid-week point when you need something to get you through the last dreaded days of the work or school. The ‘nearly the weekend but not quite’ day of the week. We want our blog to be something where you can take ten minutes to switch off and we aim to post every Wednesday.

So what’s to come? We already have a few exciting posts planned for the upcoming weeks including monthly favorites and style logs. So we hope you can come back another wednesday to read more of our new and exciting project.
